cant watch them at school, but im willing to bet theyre UGLY!!!LOL

heres the trick to the 28: squeeze the sh!+ out of it, turn your brain off, turn fast as all hell, and end it all with a HUGE/EXTREMELY FAST finish... then: check your feet (fro fouls), hands (for lost skin), look in the judges eyes (longingly!), and listen for a big #!!! now walk to the nearest married, or dating, couple, grab the woman's a$$, giv her a little tounge and growl at the poor, meak man she has brought with her to this display of everything he is not!

hope this helps!

That scorekeeper in WFD has a death wish.  In the future, just DON'T let anyone stand to your right when you throw WFD (just say no).

Your first turn with the 28 is forward, making you shorten up by the time you get to the trig.  On your first turn, replace your left foot with your right.  Other than that, get better video.

Your hammer doesn't look bad.  You keep long arms and get a good pull for the release.  You've got to work on ball speed.

Just me or is there a LOT of hop between turns?  I try to stay low and moving forward...not jump up and land.  That will mess with your orbit.

Yeah, Wayne and Buffy are right on about the LWFD. Your first turn you
actually travel further from your starting point than the second turn.

Your right toe should come down right on the back line, so that you have
the entire box for your second turn. I know you don't want to make a habit
out of it, but I would try drilling or a throwing session just watching where
that right foot comes down. Really try to keep it as far back in the box as
you can. This will force you to make a big "leap" to reach the front, which
will make your throws go very far.
