well today was a mental health day my mental health was not good for people to be around me decided to do hang power cleans and abs until I could not move speed work last night nixed this plan. ended up doing hang power snatches 30 reps.

Sunday was Light hammer was able to do some work and a few throws felt good must mean I am going to throw short.

Well Life caught up with me I got busy the stressed and hurt. Threw at games anyway. Training went down plus had to play in two musical pit orchestras over the summer. I have been ramping back up.
No event work since june except during games.

More training sickness vacation dropped numbers blah blah blah.
Amazingly my deadlift has come up I have finally broken 500 not great but since I look like I never have touched a bar pulling conventionally I will take it.

Still working rehashing old numbers and random work since February. First games in march I tweaked my shoulder so spent time trying to rehab it.
