Flat tonight 2 board presses 365 x 2 385 405 close grip and push downs Crazy power lifter were doing reverse band presses and I could not help my self but try went to 495

well today was a mental health day my mental health was not good for people to be around me decided to do hang power cleans and abs until I could not move speed work last night nixed this plan. ended up doing hang power snatches 30 reps.

Sunday was Light hammer was able to do some work and a few throws felt good must mean I am going to throw short.
Box squats warm up then 465 x 3 500 x 3 535 x 3
Still leg deadlifts

Thurs quick press workout, shoulders felt weak.
warm up multiple light sets followed by singles 255 265 295 missed had video of the 295 I just gave up on it went a lot closer to lock out than I thought it did

Well Life caught up with me I got busy the stressed and hurt. Threw at games anyway. Training went down plus had to play in two musical pit orchestras over the summer. I have been ramping back up. No event work since june except during games.
Gym numbers as of now
Box Squat 565 for 3 Zercher Sqaut 455 Front squat 385
Bench ????? 2 board 435 pin press 365
Overhead press trying 8 set of 2 to 5 current is sets of 3 at 245 no push press numbers

More training sickness vacation dropped numbers blah blah blah. Amazingly my deadlift has come up I have finally broken 500 not great but since I look like I never have touched a bar pulling conventionally I will take it.

Still working rehashing old numbers and random work since February. First games in march I tweaked my shoulder so spent time trying to rehab it. sunday push press up to 305 monday zerchers to 475
