PM Hammers - wasn't sure how well this was gonna go. Super fatigued, from little sleep last night, 12 hr work day and already throwing once today.

McKim drill x 5
2winds x 5 best of 106
3 winds x 8ish best of 111. Pretty happy with his considering how little pop/speed I had. Positions are still better.

WFD

HWFD x 8 best of 38, worst of 35. Positions felt good, but my thumb/hand feels terrible so no extra oomph.

LWFD x 8 - These felt better - lighter weight, easier on the hand. Last 6 were all over 77, with the top two at 79.

LH, HWFD

LH x 10 - Most were high 100s top two were 114+ and 115+. Starting to get the hang of this more, but dang it's hard to stay patient on my winds on when to apply that force.

HWFD x 10ish - Most were over 35, top 3 were 38+. Timing felt way off and my hand hurt. Numbers weren't terrible but there is a lot more there.

Stone -

Stand x 5 - All were 42-43. No pop.
Glide x 5 - 42-45 - Just wanted to try this. Felt awful. I'm a offically a spinner haha.
MSA - 8ish. Most were about 45, best of 48. Still no pop, but am feeling better seperation. Need to work on throwing up and not just 5 ft off of the ground.

Caber - Baby caber 16.5 ft and approx 70lbs - 8 flips. 6 mins. Also stood it up myself and ran each one a min of 50 ft. This is crossfit.

Got some throwing practice in with Scott Hutch today and had a great time. Body felt pretty fatigued going in but overall had a halfway decent session. Took about 4-6 throws per event.

Braemer - Best of 36+ but this was with a stone that was just under 24 lbs so pretty happy.

MSA - Hit 47+ with two different stones. Without fouling. Pretty happy with this. If I can get my finish ironed out, should be even better

WFD - 36/74. Positions were good, but dealing with some callous tears atm, so no finish whatsoever.

Hammers - 91/106 - Pretty happy with the heavy, need to add some speed but positions felt better. Was just super fatigued by the light - think all of the past week of throwing/training/poor sleep has been catching up with me. Positions were terrible and zero finish.

WOB - we just took some pulls, but got some cues I had never heard before that I think will resolve a lot of my WOB issues. Hopefully. Haha.

All in all a good day.
