Thanks Run DMC. Trying to get back to it. Still have a couple lingering issues which keep me being able to be athletic. Hopefully those will get better so I can throw with you again.

I wanted a big squat around 655 but my back hurt too much and I was lifting by myself. Everything looks good as far as lifting goes. I am getting a cortisone injection next week which I hope will help pain/ nerve issues. If all goes right I will compete in 2 weeks at a powerlifting meet then start looking to throw again.
