Only noted this because this entire sport is based on 10.

Most comps are 10 athletes

Celtic Classic is based on the top 10

Most white boards go to 10 "from what I have seen"

I think we have 10 world championships now?Wink

I've been to a fair amount of CF gyms in my area and the majority only have top3 on their whiteboards.

In case there's any confusion there's a 677lbs pull as we'll as a 607lbs pull. The 677lbs pull is obviously the one I wanted to be considered for the board.

We can keep it going.  What needs updated?

Can't count that 677 Sizemore, hitch/lockout.

Well I think the presence of absolutely world class strength athletes keeps the activity level down, since they have to beat their own PRs. Mixed blessings.

I think this is it. Unless some new people start throwing/logging here the people on the board currently are only going to be fighting each other for different top5 positions and I'm not sure we all care that much. I hit a 515 front squat last year and 350 push press earlier this year so my positions would move. But I think Matso went 405 push press as well and his clean/snatch are getting up there too. This would probably work better if it "reset" each year. Shrug.

the only problem with that is we would assign a weight limit now, then in 7-10 years all the overweight lightweights would demand we add another weight category. When we argue the original rules they would just then create their own category and track it on another website. Really it's just an ongoing argument better to not even start.

Being the strongest light weight in the highland games is sort of like being the fastest 300 lb marathon runner.

I PR'd in the snatch a few months ago. I think it would make the cut.
