Wow, I guess I didn't realize I've actually gotten a little stronger in the past year.  The only place where my numbers aren't up is squatting but I've ditched my knee wraps for a set of Kono's (should have listened to the cool on sooner) and even those are almost back to where they were with my knees in a set of Inzer's.

	30 minutes of indoor cycling, nice and easy. Should have gone outside, but it's a long story.

	Anybody else watch Agents of SHIELD? Was totally hooked on the show all season. Kind of sad it is done for the summer.
