I've heard, and from looking at videos it looks to be true, that you should stay "on your toes" (balls of your feet) during the WFD.

I've been throwing pretty flat footed for a while, but gave it a go this morning.  Found it takes a whole lot more balance.

Can anyone suggest drills that would help train this? Or do I just have to get out there and throw a lot this way?
