I coach girls basketball so after practices I have access to the gym...in the past have tried to do it just time constaints sometimes hinder me...but when I can I use an indoor shot(M&F...Gill...etc)..don't have cash to drop on indoor weight so went out to Elite(efs/westside)and got a medicine ball..have 20lber & a 35lber(this way the wife can throw them also) then go to jumpusa.com and order a medicine ball sling...works well...also have a tornado ball(med ball with rope thru it) this can simulate hammer winds..hope this helps...even if you don't throw them important part is footwork with implements

It's snowed here already !!

I've built some indoor weights using chain . I can change rings and go from 28-42-56 lbs . It works great . I've even built a hammer to throw indoor .  I throw on a concrete floor inside a warehouse at work !
