My final update of the 2012-2013 Winter Beard Season...
 My inability to do anything halfway led me to participate in three beard competitions over the course of the season. Hartford's 1st Annual Facial Hair Face-off * 9th of 11 in Groomed Full Beard (Under 6") category Worcester's Whisker Wonderland * 4th of 24 in Full Beard Natural (Open) category NUWC's 1st Annual Februbeard * 1st of 6 in Biggest/Best Natural Beard category Easter's just around the bend, so it's time I remember where I put my jaw line. Happy bearding, my kilted friends! |

In the world of bearding, "natural" means that the category does not permit the use of styling aids (i.e. wax, cream, gel, etc). It's the no-frills category.

While I have trimmed the winter growth at the request of my wife, the beard remains. I would rather not be associated with the likes of justine bieber, glee, etc...

I would post a beard pic but those of you that know me know I would embarrass the beards I have seen. Keep trying youngsters, ps the beard defiantly helps the squat. Squat heavy or go home!
