I do various running routines. Sprints, distance runs etc. don't always log
exactly what I do. I think you see alot of Oly lifting in the HG because there are a large number of former shotput, discus and Hammer throwers competing. I think most of us with that back ground are used to training in this manner because it generally works. |

Had Second ACL reconstruction on my left knee in March of 2011. It's been ten months and I'm back to lifting normally. Still doing rehab exercises in conjunction with workouts and looking forward to starting to throw once the snow breaks.
