first real spins

   did some one spins with a 20 med ball and sling-just cast-sprint-land pull..felt ok(not great but not bad)lateral stability is coming along and while I don't want to depend on it was using anew knee brace with metal hinge's which helped me"feel"secure....will try the 28 this weeknd looking for 45-50 foot range with 28(down from pr of 65-10..pre injury)

	JUST BRING IT / SPEED KILLS..BUT STRENGTH PUNISHES
