Off-season throwing

   Looking for some feedback on a training idea.  One of the things that I'm planning on doing this off-season is to work on my technique.  Any input on whether I should just work on one event (or perhaps both stones or both WFDs) per throwing session or work multiple events.  Obviously the former allows me to get a great deal of work in, but the frequency of hitting each event would be less than if I worked multiple events in each session.
