Ok, here is the story.  LAst week,I was squatting and I had a pop in my right thigh.  I have been to an orthopedic and he told me I have a partial tear of the IT band.  Today, he told me I can start rehabing it today and gave me a couple of idea's.  But I want some more.  So, if there is anyone with some advice on what to do or some websites that might have some info.  Thanks

How unlucky!

That is an injury more commonly seen in runners.  Your MD probably already told you this but ice it down and take a regular dose of Advil or Naproxen (If you doc didn't mention this ask him first!)
