have a young girl(ok my 13 yr old daughter) who will be competing in spring track-she wants to do the pentathalon but the coach may keep her at discus-anyone recomend a good book geared towards training for a teenage discus,shot thrower..Coach mac-something that I could read but also one she could understand..Thuma??Coach Mac??Zolk

Jay Silvesters latest discus book...google it. Dan John is the KING of practicality but only advocates the Powell Method....there are "many" roads to ROME...
