have a young girl(ok my 13 yr old daughter) who will be competing in spring track-she wants to do the pentathalon but the coach may keep her at discus-anyone recomend a good book geared towards training for a teenage discus,shot thrower..Coach mac-something that I could read but also one she could understand..Thuma??Coach Mac??Zolk ------------- JUST BRING IT / SPEED KILLS..BUT STRENGTH PUNISHES |
