Ill try the whole training log thing this year. Took a week off after Richmond.
11-7-11 mobility work reverse hypers 2x box squat onto 12" box with efs yoke bar 460 belt squats...dimel deadlift...standing abs w. spud strap |

We discussed Dimel DLs briefly in the Training section not too long ago.
A Dimel deadlift is the top part of a deadlift. Start the bar at the top and drop down to just below the knees and rebound back up as fast as you can. |
