We discussed Dimel DLs briefly in the Training section not too long ago. A Dimel deadlift is the top part of a deadlift. Start the bar at the top and drop down to just below the knees and rebound back up as fast as you can. ------------- |

Louie does the Dimel as a restorative movement to flush it with blood. Quick and high (20) reps. Something if you were to train pulling a few times a week you can do like reverse hype. He did those when he had the disc problem and still pulled big a meets

Mark, What is the purpose of performing the dumbbell bench presses for two continuous minutes? One minute I get, but two minutes seems like a long time for a thrower at any time of the year. Also, I assume you trying to get AMRAP in the given time frame and increase that number over time, right? Otherwise, why use a time period as opposed to a rep number? Peter it isnt thrower based its just a tip i picked up at westside to increase muscle mass. yes as many reps as i can in 2mn....snatch grip is almost touching the collars maybe 2" inside. DE UPPER....KINDA i did the NFL bench test today just cause ive never tried it got 25 reps. i basically stopped when my chesticles started to burn...probably could have pushed it into the 30s then i did something very gay...gayer then Kerrys socks or Hadleys skipping in a corner. i did the crossfit 7 mn burpee test for the open on a bet.
