also reminds of an old article(will try and scan and post) on split lifts for athletes and had a nice pre-season mesocycle geared towards shot(track and field athletes) and had a nice shot of Ryan V

the article I have in hard copy is way better and more performance enhanced..just have to figure a way to scan and print(guess i will have to break down and have my 14 yr old daughter show me how)...sum and substance split work helps with flexibilty,working the hip flexors
