You're missing out. Z Press will make everything stronger except any other pressing movement. Great for stability and leg cramps though. I've soured on them slightly.

Z-Press should be called "Poor thoracic extension" press because I feel it in my upper back more than my shoulders! 

But I am limited in my pressing due to a super short ceiling height, so the Z variety works wonders
