Just got a knee scoped for torn miscus. Any
ideas on training for weight throw? A little cautious on turning, I've been doing standing throws. |

I had both my knees scoped for a partial meniscectomy on both my lateral meniscuses. One in December 2020 and the other late June 2021. I threw the first weekend in August with no issues.
Every meniscus tear and recovery is different but with mine, I was able to use some SlingShot compression cuffs just below my knee caps and then some knee sleeve and I felt secure. Also, rehabbing and PT as hard as I could within my recovery limits. If you haven't started PT, try to do some because you'll be good before you know it.

Which knee? Same as throwing hand or the opposite of throwing hand?
