Tony, if it was your goal to hit 625 I would have done something like this;

135x5

225x3

315x2x1

405x1

495x1

565x1

625x1

You killed yourself with all those reps....

just my 2c

Tony, any reason your grip is so narrow on the snatches?

Yeah, TROB stands for T. Rex Ova Body. I do the same thing because of my unusually large cranium.

Just a bit of critique on the jumps.

Most of the time your feet are swinging out and around to get you up to that height.  In a purely sport carry over sense, that won't add much benefit to your throwing.  (However if you are going to compete in box jumping, hey go for it... )

On that last stack...OW...when you came down off those pads I could just feel the ache building in my knees.  You are thudding down onto the ground.  You might want to put a mat or two down to help with your landing.

Other than that...whole lot of work there!!!

TROB,

I'd say all three attempts at 315 were good.  plenty high, in position, just didn't rack it.  I noticed your wraps look pretty tight.  I discovered last OS that if I cinched my wraps down tight it reduced the flex of my wrists and made it harder to rack cleans and snatches.  So, I leave just a little slack now, not too much that it compromises the utility of the wrap, and its much easier to rack the cleans and snatches.  Just a thought.  Try it and you might find that 315 just a step up to 325 or 335.

Good pulling.

Thanks Mike. Ive thought the same. I have those things
freaking tight and ill loosen them up next time.

Buffy my only goal on the jumps is to get my fat ass as far
off the ground as fast as possible. As long as it increases
im happy.

T-I'm calling 405 power clean from the floor, 1979 good - a pr some 30 plus years later.

The standing twist - review Ryans (posted still I think)standing bar twist you may want throw them in. I do them with a super yoke. I do something similar to you but a don't corkscrew back forth with the feet/ knee's- I lock from the hips down, just more iso on the core.

I MAY BE BIG , BUT I'M FAST
