I am enjoying it so far and it gives me some nice feedback. I'm not sure how the load should stack up compared to a back squat. So far I am much weaker with the SSB, which is fine with me. I enjoy that this lift is self-limiting. It greatly reduces the toll on my body caused by being dumb with load/intensity. |

I believe the SSB is always harder than a BB squat because it takes the upper back squeezing out of the lift. Which is why I like it, because I cheat a lot and have poor squatting form. This doesn't allow me to do so, so I feel like I am finally using my legs and hips vs doing a good morning haha
