I just got a copy of the original VP vid. with the slow mo action on it.  I saw the first session before but not the second (Ham.,sh.,caber,wob).  I can't say how awesome these vids are.  Whether you are a vet. or a newbie it teaches you so much.  Great work by Vierra and Pauli.  Every HG athlete should study that vid. nonstop.  I am still on the mend trying to heal and now have something to watch.

Get a copy and learn.

Paul doesn't have the second tape only the first.  I'm here just trying to give VP productions some love and all you can do is mock a brotha!!!  I knew you were a KO disciple.
