Front Squat 135,205,265x3 (no belt), 315,355,385,415x1 (belt/wraps)  Had about 20lbs in tank
shrugs 3x15 360 w/leg curl 3x12 90 w/ pulldown 3x15 160
pushdowns 3x15 w/standing abs 3x20 w/curls 3x10

Pretty happy with squats.  This time last year I was 300 lbs and did a 405.  This year I am 285 lbs and cut it off at 415.

20lb sheaf about ten throws

Been away for awhile not doing much in terms of training because I have been ridiculously busy working.  I have a lawn care business that I am trying to make a full time job plus I work a 40 hour a week job on top of that, so that leaves little time for anything else.  What little training I have squeezed in hasnt amounted to much so I havent posted (not a post whore).  Anyways about two weeks ago while benching ladies weight i felt three pops in my shoulder and couldnt raise my shoulder until the next day.  It got better but still hurt and felt the same for a bout a week and a half.  I agitated pretty badly two days ago and finally had time to make it to my Chiropractor.  Diagnosis is a partially torn Labrum.  So what we are doing is graston, ultra sound and cold laser to see if it responds.  If not I am getting an MRI to see how bad it is.  Either way I'm probably sitting out this year.  I cant get surgery until the end of the year because my lawn care business runs up to December.  So in the mean time I will just do squats, pulls and squat and pull accessories along with some tricep an lite shoulder rehab movements.  Oh well it could be worse..
