Bill Gordon and I are talking about car pooling down to Fort Wayne (seeing as we are the one ones men enough to live in the great white north). Anyone interested in joining us? Give me a hollar.

Man enough to live in the North? I thought it was because you smelled like fish from doing that Fish Caber Throw on Beaver Island - or that you enjoy the fudge up north. I'm still not certain on the Fort Wayne games - is it too late to get in?

Cameron. From what they told me a couple weeks ago we just show up when the gates open around 7:00 a.m. and sign up at the athletics tent. I've got directions on getting there and I'm going to call again just to double check this is the right procedure on getting in, also to find accomadations around there. Dave Carl, I do live in the U.P. Also are either of you guys from the south lower Mi. going to Milwaukee june 4?

Last year we signed up the day of the event. Rain flooded most of the throwing areas and standards had to be moved. It was a large game with many classes. There is an entry fee for athletes to compete. Pit Rat - I will pass on June 4th, but I plan on going to Milwaukee in September. The 3rd I think. -Dave |

As far as I know the registration will be the morning of the games. They typically let whoever shows up compete. Mike Huth is the AD, here is his e-mail address and the website for the games. http://www.scottishsocietyftw.org/
