Pretty standard stuff for an international level (if he is) plate thrower. Not sure who he is, but he needs alot more speed in the circle and he needs to clean up his bench press- I can see a torn pec in his future.

Will compare speed wise to Powell or Wilkins- feats of speed.

Darius is (I think) focusing now on the games. I threw with him in Scotland a
bunch last summer and he was throwing dang well. I bet he does well at the
European Heavy Events Champs this summer.
