And...ahh. OK. That's good but they're a little too fast for me to figure out what the deal really is.

If any of you hotshot stone/shot dudes want to outline some specific step-by-step pointers on how to do a good standing put, I'd love to read it...and the more specific, the better. Assume that I (we?) know *nothing*.
