Hey you guys and gals.  I am looking for a throwing partner to practice with.  I am in Castle Rock.  If any of you folks would like a training partner drop me a line.  Just don't laugh at my old man throws.  I have a few implements we can heave around.  Weekends are best for me but if close enough weeknight or two
