Hey guys and girls!! This is Cherie Childs here. I have recently taken a job working for the Marriott Hotels. What I want to be able to do is to help the games as a whole or Athletics (either or) with room rates and such. BUT!! I need to know what your needs are per game and what area your in. It may take me a wee bit, but I would like to see what can be done to help everybody. Let me know room counts and how many nights. If you can get your hotel director to give you that info from the rest of the game that would be even better. The more rooms, the more I have to work with and cheaper the rates at really nice hotels.

At our next games meeting, I will get you rooms reserved, rooms utilized and rooms filled and any other information that may help you in this endeavor.
