I added kettle bell swings like B. Sorin has demo'd in many of his videos last night after deads & shrugs.  Had a nice light headed seizure thing going on  & thought I'd play w/ them.

First off I don't have Kettle bells so I used a dumbell & alternated hands. I don't know if that makes a difference or not.  I worked 45/55/65/75/85 for 8/8/8/5/5 per hand.

My question lies in this; I didn't feel it persay in my shoulder's/back or hips (already gone numb I guess).  I felt it in my gut. I'm guessing this is from attemping to control the negative but I'm not sure.

Have completely missed the point?
