I have found two errors which I fixed.

Version 2 fixes: 
Error 1: When two or more throwers turned the caber three times and had the exact same turns, the score generated was incorrect.

Error 2:   Distances/Heights brought forward to the totals page lost their decimals. This only effected what was put on the NASGA form.
