Some of you know I am pretty new to this.  Well I have finaly managed to learn how to do 2 spins with the Light weight (well, a kettlebell, but a good approximation).  I am proud to say I can now remain upright, facing forward, and throwing the darn thing in the the correct general direction.  No more bloody noses or broken windows for me.

Good job   Let me tell ya, I am just getting back to throwing and my timing on the WFD's is WAY off so I understand how you feel.

just remember, all of these guys putting up huge numbers today were in your spot at one time. It doesn't seem like it but they were.

Stay the course. 'The ox is slow, the earth is patient'. Learn that and you will be just fine

Gnome - I started w. a 10lb plate on a chain and handle. Actually survived my first coupla tries, SO of course , I gotta call the whole family out to watch Dad do 2 spins.  10 seconds later , I'm on my ass bleeding......wife and daughters don't know whether to laugh or cry.......They chose howling like monkeys.......grumble .....stay w. it.
