Well we don't have any sort of a sanctioning body, but if you mean how to get your games created and entered into the database? Whether you are part of a festival or not you need to have at least 3 athletes for every class you want to contest, a judge and scorekeeper to keep it all legit. Not all games will contest the sheaf or hammers (depends on size of field, insurance, etc), but should have the basics - 2 stones, 2 wfd, caber and wob. The games with athlete scores can then be entered into the database.
