got all ready for my first lift, got to the gym and it was closed.

2nd attempt, was short on time, did front squats, 5 sets of 10, mostly with 135.

3 sets of core work. Thats it. A little bit everyday is the vision and the goal

I like the direction this is going.

5x10 is cardio though. Regardless of weight. Be careful

I said a little bit everyday.

standing strict press with 95 lbs 5x10

kettlebell swings with a 35 lb 3 x 10

I going to have to start warming up. I was stiff and sore already from yesterday. I HVIII myself and my weak ass old man issues.

Hell yea!

Dave still in NY?  We could just head there next year and all meet at Mountain Creek Bike Park, that's close.  Bring your big boy pants, you guys will have some fun if you have ridden Downhill yet!

front squats 5 sets x 8 - top 3 sets @ 185

trap bar deads low handle - 5 sets x 8 - top 3 sets @ 225

spontaneous hang cleans

95 x 5

135 x 5 - 2 sets

185 x 5 - 3 sets

focused on good ankle extension during the pull and 185 felt effortless
