I am listed twice in the Database one as Matt Barton #213 and Matt Harper-Barbon #182 in Amateur C. Is there a way to combine both of my results under just MATT BARTON?

I appreciate that thank you, and had tried to modify it myself but the instructions were a little unclear. Especially for a newbie.
