Is there any restriction on handle length of throwing fork?

Not that I have seen.  Used to be people would use a long handle and 'shovel' the bag over the bar, but that only works up to a very minimal height. 

That said, too short of a handle will not allow you to have good drive from the backswing hand and too long of a handle will hit the ground on your dip and pull.  Go with with what feels good and give you the best power.

Thanks! I think the handle is too long? I shorten the swing or I'll
hit the ground. A foot shorter should do!Clap
