Do any of you guys know what events we are doing this year? It seems to always change. Are we doing a sheaf? I need a good warm up for Celtic!!!

22 lb Hammer Throw

56 lb Weight for Height

28 lb Weight for Distance

Caber Toss

20 lb Sheaf Toss

Professionals compete in all above events
