....so you know it can't be good. I'm thinking of doing a "supertotal" page on facebook, or a thread here. I'll/we'll pick a month (thinking March, but any will do) and invite people to post videos of them doing a supertotal. Not a contest, no winners, places etc. Just a chance to do all 5 lifts, film it and put it out there.

The PL guys would get the benifit of learning the Olympic Lifts, and the OL guys would get to work the Power Lifts. hell maybe even add the old school Clean & Press since there is no "judging" for places.

Anybody interested?
