hello my name is tom stoffelsen, im looking to compete in the highland games, is there anyone around my area who competes? willing to let me train with them, and is there anywhere i need to register or do i just have to contact meet directors and sign up? im 24 almost 25, 6foot 360 pounds, had a 475 bench press 315 overhead press for 5 reps and a 600 squat i dont know how any of this translates but im looking to find out thanks

One of the best things I can suggest is to sign up for the Fergus Heavy Events school. You'll get coaching and be able to get your name out there.
