I have never thrown before but have become very interested in the sport recently and was wondering if anyone could show me the ropes in the Warren OH or surrounding areas. I am 235 at 6' and have been lifting about 15 years but have never done anything like this so anyone willing to train me should know it would be starting from scratch.
