Is anyone planning to attend the two day clinic at VP Sports Performance? Would this type of clinic be beneficial for a novice or should you have some experience under your belt to benefit from it?

Yes! We had all levels of experiance at the Vierra clinic and he worked with each of us! Valuable info you will never get anywhere else!

VP Sports will be hostings a two day clinic here at the training center and field in Turlock, Ca on July 14th and 15th. Ryan Vierra and Rusty Price will be covering all the events as well as spending plenty of time working with the new Caber training system.

The Clinic Details:

Date: Sat 14th and Sun 15th

Time: 10am to 5pm

Cost: $150 for the weekend

... Location: 1320 Venture Ln, Turlock, Ca 95380 (Meet at Gym)
Then we move to our training field off location. Bring your own chairs.

Events:
Stones
Weights
Hammers
WOB (spin and stand)
Caber
Sheaf (Spin and stand)

Bonus: BBQ and Swim after the clinic on sunday. We will supply water for the weekend.
