So you're a throwing God who benches a Buick and wrestles Gorillas on a regular basis.  I'd like to pick your brain.

I'm looking for a 3-4 day per week during season lifting routine for someone training for this summer's season.  This would be for an experienced lifter who is still a novice throwers.  Any input would be appreciated.

Check out the Training Log section, there is more information there than most people can use.

Ha, you are too kind, sir!  Dude, like Craig said, look through the training logs and find a routine you'd like to model after.  Then, hit that guy up with a post on his log, private message or email and I'm sure they'd be more than willing to help you.  Good luck!
