Hi,

I am in SE Michigan and am looking to compete in Heavy Athletics. I have experience with shot put and discus. I am looking for some guidance in training and equipment. I plan to compete in the St. Andrew's Society of Detroit games this August.

Any help or contact information would be appreciated.
