Interesting article.  Most interesting to me as it seriously points out how LONG it's been since I earned my Kinesiology degree.  Sigh.  Have to sit there and work through many of the sentences.
 
Anyway, the gist seems to be...1) It may not be your rotator cuff you need to train, 2) What you think is training your scapula may not be, 3) Those balancy things might not be horrible after all (ducking)...
