Here are a couple of vids from Saturdays training.  First is the OS and the second is LWD.  What I need more then anything are drills to rid me of my bad habits.  I hit a 40' throw on the stone and a 59' lwd..Any advice would certainly be helpful.

Stay low, in both the stones and the weights, if you come up
premature you're losing a lot of leg drive that could be put into the
final release. with stones try to really get your extension out there
and save the throw with you left leg block. Just really punch out far
and kick your left leg behind you so you don't fall over the trig.

With your putt    you need to face your hips further towards the back and hold the position until the middle, some people like to place some thing further behind to focus on.With your 28 you seem to be looking down while your turning, screws with your balance

Check where your feet are in the LWFD vid at 0:24 seconds.

With your hips more open (facing the trig) you can get more drive with your back leg.

It's called the X-position when your right hip is in front of your right shoulder.  Same thing in the stones.  Lead with your right hip and "draw the bow" as the saying goes.
