This looks like fun and I thought since I was spying on everyone else's training logs I would add mine

Nov 15

Behind neck Push press 215x5, 240x3, 270x6

Seated DB press  80x10x5

Rows  185x10x5

Nov 16

Deadlifts 410x5, 465x3, 520x3 (felt good and would have gone more, but having some issues with the left hammie)

Shrugs and some core work

Did some sprints on Sunday which I think were part of the hamstring issue, been along time since this fattie tried to move fast and was feeling the pain

Well I finally got my computer working so I can post again and thought I would

Just started getting back into the gym after a rest.  Goals this year are just to get stronger, with more indoor throwing I think.  Gonna try the weight training thing 3 days a week and mix some conditioning, speed, indoor throwing in the mix and see where it takes me.

Well after a weekend  of eating and drinking lots, made it back to the gym today.  Did about 15 minutes of dynamic stretching and walking on the treadmill.
