Hey Fellas,

Going on a cruise ship around the Greek Islands and a stop
off in Rome next week. Will be gone for about two weeks
and now here is the thing...

The ship has a fitness room with free weights. I have seen
it and it is dumbbells and some machines. What do you do
in this instance?

Ab work.  Rotational ab work.  Neider (sp) presses with DB's.  Lunges until someone else vomits.

Ab work.

Jason, you are kidding right? On a cruise to Greece and Rome, I would eat, drink and be merry. Come home relaxed and ready to hit it hard. Whomever you are going with on this cruise can thank me later for this advice.

Start with Buffet sprints, progress to negative training at the desert bar, work up to cardio at the mini grill and end with heavy ab work on a stool at the bar. When hitting it this hard you will need plenty of naps and some type of pain distraction therapy at port a calls. Good luck and don't forget to keep the training log updated so we can track your progress.

All I can say from my experience at cruising is to use the stairs and never the
elevator.

Some of those greek isles might have some nice rocks to lift for a shore
excursion though.

I enjoy training, so a vacation is my time and I am going to train.  I hit some heavy squats the day I got married, hey I was not getting married all day.  I trained on my honeymoon.  Do what you enjoy.  I could see Dr. cruising down a galley with a boulder and a smile on his face.
