I recently recieved a Ballistica from Sorinex Excercise Equipment, and have to brag about what an excellant product this is. It is an adjustable weight throw product that can be used for WFH, WFD, and also Hammer! you can load the weight to whatever your training needs may be! If you want to throw under weight and get more reps or over weight to build more strength, this is it! It comes with all the pieces you need to make these changes as well! Very nice is you have a limited budget and cant afford to buy all the seperate training implements. I recently purchased a 56 pound WFD form another company and it was over $200 delivered! Great implement but not everyone can afford it.

I Strained my rotator cuff competing at Enumclaw and when I started throwing again last week, I used the Ballistica because I could adjust the weight. I set it underweight so I could work on timing and get more reps. This thing is amazing! It is indestructable!. One of my throws got away from me and landed on asphalt... The Ballistica didnt have a scratch on it! The Asphalt wasnt so lucky! hahaha
