I'm wondering what peoples thoughts on how one can best
speed up their weight for distance spin. I have found that
i've kinda capped out on my speed and i was wonderin if
anyone knew of some things in particular that has helped
them, of helped people that they know of. I'm lookin for
anything that could help, from something i could be doin in
the gym to just working my throws in a specific way to
whatever you guys have to tell me about. Thanks in advance.
And hopefully i'll be able to get a video up so i can give
you a better idea of where i'm at. Currently my best is 52
with light in competition. I got that yesterday at the
cache celtic games. So yeah, any info will help, thanks.

Sorry this is taking so long, i thought i'd be able to get
a video up a lot sooner, but i'm having difficulties with
gettin one. sorry this is taking so long, i'll keep workin

Sorry that took forever, its kinda hard to find much time
for throwing when i've got highschool and all my throwing
partners have jobs and i use their implements. So my
apologies for asking for help and then making you wait so
long.
